What do you love most about your role with Foster’s Food Fair, Ltd.?
I love watching team members that come to us with no experience grow and develop into supervisors and managers. I want everyone who works with us to be better off than when they started. Seeing people realize more potential in themselves is an amazing thing to watch happen.
What is your all-time favorite meal?
Almost anything Italian! But if I had to choose one I would say my wife’s Ossobuco (veal shank) with a lovely parmesan risotto.
