What do you love most about your role with Foster’s Food Fair, Ltd.?
I love seeing our customers enjoying their shopping experience and providing customers with a memorable fresh food experience, whether they are looking for ingredients for a special family recipe, an important occasion, or tonight’s dinner.
What is your all-time favorite meal?
My mothers cooking is my favorite. Especially now living in the Cayman Islands I’ll be craving is “Maklouba” which is a middle eastern dish. Its Rice with cauliflower or eggplant, pine nuts or almonds, and lamb.
What is your most memorable moment as manager?
Customers letting me know how happy they were with the product or a service one of my team members provided them.
