INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb fresh sushi-grade tuna, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped pickled ginger
- 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapples
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- Bird chilies or scotch bonnets to taste.
Step 1: Prepare Tuna by ensuring the tuna is fresh and of sushi-grade quality. Using a sharp knife, cut the tuna into 1/2-inch cubes.
