Supplier Relationships
- We aim to develop relationships with suppliers based on mutual trust.
- Suppliers will be paid on time and according to agreed terms of trade.
- All information regarding supplier relationships will be treated as confidential.
- Employees are required to adhere to policies on receiving gifts, favors, or hospitality to avoid conflicts of interest or perceptions of impropriety.
Gift Acceptance Policy
To maintain the highest standards of integrity, all employees must observe the following principles:
- No Solicitation of Gifts:
- Gifts, favors, or hospitality must not be solicited or accepted without prior permission.
- No Cash Gifts:
- Gifts of money must never be accepted. Any monetary benefits must be integrated into official trading terms.
- Reporting Gift Acceptance:
- Team members are not permitted to accept gifts without permission.
- Small tokens of appreciation may be accepted but must be reported to the Chief Operations Officer or Managing Director for review.
- Unusual Offers:
- Any offer of gifts, favors, or hospitality of unusual size or questionable purpose must be reported immediately to the Chief Operations Officer or Managing Director.
Consequences of Breach
- For Employees:
- Breaches of this code will result in disciplinary action, which may include dismissal.
- For Suppliers:
- Suppliers or their representatives found in violation may be barred from future business with the company.
