GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS. The promotion runs November 4th to 30th, 2024 in participating retailers island wide.

Legal residents of Grand Cayman over the age of 18 are eligible to enter
Current and ex-employees (within 60 days of end-of-contract) of Progressive Distributors Ltd. and their immediate family are not eligible to participate.
Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
To enter, either write your name and contact details on your receipt and drop it in the entry box at participating retailers or send in a photo of your receipt with your name via WhatsApp to +1 (345) 936-5815. Contact details on entry slip will only be used to contact the winner(s) and will not be used for marketing purposes.

Winners will be selected by random draw on December 3rd. Winners will be contacted via phone. If the winner cannot be reached within 24 hours of drawing, the prize will go to the runner-up. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not refundable or exchangeable.

Progressive Distributors Limited will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled; Progressive Distributors Limited will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries; Progressive Distributors Limited takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Progressive Distributors Limited liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Progressive Distributors Limited shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and Progressive Distributors Limited and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Progressive Distributors Limited reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

The name of the winner must be provided to Progressive Distributors Limited if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Progressive Distributors Limited reasonable control, Progressive Distributors Limited reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

The Progressive Distributors Limited decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Progressive Distributors Limited after the winner has been selected.
