How to pack a Healthy Lunch for Work

Spend a little time on Sunday cooking and preparing lunches for the week ahead. Then portion them into single-serving containers, and freeze them, easy.

Get Creative with Sandwiches!

They’re simple, healthy and definitely don’t have to be boring.

Keep them interesting by mixing up the type of bread or wrap you use, just make sure they contain at least 2 grams of fibre per serving.
Now, keep some variety with the spreads you use. Like, mustards, hummus & tzatziki (you could even make your own).
Finally, your ingredients are key, for both health & taste. Use proteins such as egg, chicken or turkey and add your favorite salad ingredients. Have leftovers? They could go into a wrap, just like stir fry!


Leftovers!

This is an easy one! Already preparing and cooking healthy dinners? Perfect!
When planning your meals, just add an additional portion for the following days lunch. We suggest that before you clean up dinner, that you portion out leftovers into lunch containers, rather than putting everything away and preparing it in the morning.
Don’t want to repeat the same meal the next day? No problems. Just reinvent your dinner into something new for lunch. Like healthy veggie-packed burritos, can be turned into a bean salad for lunch
