Back To School: Build-Your-Own Lunch Kit Guide

If your kids are old enough, or you are just too busy to prep their meals each week – you can let them pack their lunches on their own!

Help your kids along and take the hassle out of meal prepping by creating a routine that allows them to choose their own lunches – from a variety of ‘parent-approved’ ingredients!

It’s a way to teach them responsibility and alleviate the pressures of meal prepping on your own.

Here’s how it works:

All you have to do is pre-pack 5 ‘foodie’ bins with nutritious & delicious food options, then, your kids can choose one item from each bin to put into their lunch kits for the day.
