Caribena Papayas Recall

Foster’s Food Fair-IGA would like to announce that the Maryland Department of Health has recalled Caribeña-brand yellow maradol papayas due to possible salmonella contamination.
Foster’s IGA carries papayas, however, we do not carry the affected product. The recall applies to Caribena brand yellow maradol papayas only.
Foster’s IGA is not affected by this recall.
No other Caribena branded products are included within this recall.
Customers should check products in your home to be sure none of the affected product has been purchased from other stores. Please discontinue use of any affected product.
