Everyone wants to feel good, but where do you start? Here are five easy steps to follow to help you get on the right path towards mental and physical wellness

A lack of sleep can cause increases in the stress hormones that your body produces, setting a strict sleep schedule can help relieve the stress, as well as the mental and physical fatigue.
So how do you set your sleep schedule?
Set an alarm for bedtime and the morning, keep it consistent so your body can properly adjust to the schedule. If you have trouble falling asleep, come up with a wind down routine that you can do each night before getting into bed.
